Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Accurate Account Information

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bn777 may, following reasonable notice to the registered email address, apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts or close them in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method where reasonably practicable.

Where an international card transaction occurs in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT is handled by the relevant card network and the resulting BDT amount is what is credited to your account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Intellectual Property

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, bn777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance held in that account, including any deposits, bonuses, and accrued winnings. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach — such as a player-initiated closure or regulatory requirement — eligible balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

Dispute Resolution
